How to Make a Website for Your Girlfriend (No Coding Needed)
You want to do something genuinely thoughtful. Not a text. Not flowers that wilt. A personal website — with her name on it, your photos inside, and your actual words. The kind of thing she screenshots and shows her friends.
You do not need to know how to code. You do not need to spend money. Here is exactly how to make a personal website for your girlfriend in under five minutes.
Step 1: Go to Your Love Page and pick a template
Head to yourlovepage.online/create and pick a template. There are free options (Classic Love, Minimal Message) and premium options for something more cinematic (Scrapbook Memories, Celestial Love, Neon Nights, Photo Story). Pick the one that matches her taste, not just yours.
If she loves photos and warm vibes, go Scrapbook. If she prefers clean and minimal, Minimal Message is the one.
Step 2: Click on the template and type directly
There are no forms to fill in. Click anywhere on the template — the headline, a text block, a name field — and just type. Enter her name where it says partner name. Your name where it says your name. Write your message in the body text. What you see is exactly what she will see.
Upload your couple photos directly from your phone or laptop — drag them into the photo slots or tap to browse. Change the colour theme to something she likes.
Step 3: Preview it, then publish
Hit "Save & Preview" to see exactly what she will see when she opens the link. When you are happy with it, hit "Publish Site." You will get a unique URL — something like yourlovepage.online/p/yourslug.
Free pages stay live for 24 hours — perfect if you are surprising her today. For a permanent page she can revisit on every anniversary, upgrade for less than a cup of coffee.
Step 4: Send her the link
Send the URL over WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or iMessage. When the link preview appears in the chat, her name will be in the card — she will know it is personal before she even taps it. That is the reaction you are going for.
What to put on a website for your girlfriend
Not sure what to write? Here are a few things that always land well:
- How you met — the detail she always tells people
- Your favourite memory together
- Three things you love about her (be specific, not generic)
- A question (if you are asking her out or proposing)
- What you are looking forward to with her
The more specific you are, the better it lands. "I love how you always laugh at your own jokes before you finish telling them" beats "I love your sense of humour" every time.
She is worth five minutes of your time. Make those five minutes count.
