This Privacy Policy explains how Your Love Page (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use yourlovepage.online (the “Service”) to create and share personal romantic web pages. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in, we receive your email address (and, if you use Google sign-in, basic profile details) via our authentication provider, Supabase.
Content you create. The names, messages, photos, and other content you add to your pages. Uploaded images are stored in our media storage so your page can display them.
Custom project briefs. If you request a custom website, we receive the contact details, relationship story, creative direction, reference links, budget range, deadline, and other information you choose to submit.
Payment information. Payments are processed by our payment provider, Dodo Payments. We do not receive or store your full card details — only a payment/session reference, the amount, currency, and status.
Usage & device data. Anonymous, aggregated analytics (e.g. page views) via Google Analytics to understand how the Service is used.
Cookies. Essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the Service. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

2. How we use your information

To create, host, and display the pages you build.
To process payments and keep paid pages live permanently.
To send transactional emails (e.g. publish confirmations, expiry reminders, abandoned-checkout reminders) via our email provider, Resend.
To review custom website requests, prepare a quote, and contact you about the project.
To operate, secure, and improve the Service.

3. How your pages are shared

Pages you publish are accessible to anyone who has the link. They are not listed in a public directory and we ask search engines not to index individual pages, but a link is not a password — share it only with the people you intend.

4. Service providers

We share limited data only with providers who help us run the Service:

Supabase — authentication, database, and media storage.
Vercel — hosting.
Dodo Payments — payment processing.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Google — optional sign-in (OAuth) and anonymous analytics.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

Free pages are automatically taken down roughly 24 hours after publishing.
Paid pages stay live until you delete them from your dashboard.
Custom project briefs are retained only as long as needed to discuss, quote, deliver, and support the requested work.
You can delete any page (and its content) at any time from your dashboard. Deleted content is removed from active systems; residual copies in backups are cleared on our normal backup cycle.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your content from your dashboard. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at love@yourlovepage.online.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access controls, input validation, and upload restrictions) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
