Contact Your Love Page
Everything reaches the same place. Email love@yourlovepage.online and you will get a reply from a person, usually within two working days. There is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of it. Including the link to your page (the yourlovepage.online/p/… URL) makes almost every question faster to answer.
Support with a page you are building
If the editor is misbehaving, a photo will not upload, or a published page is not showing what you expect, write to love@yourlovepage.online with your page link and the device and browser you are using. If you have not published yet, say which template you are on — the templates behave differently and it narrows things down immediately.
Payments, refunds and billing
Payments are handled by Dodo Payments, and a payment reference is stored against your page. If a payment was charged but the upgrade did not apply, or you were charged in error, email love@yourlovepage.online with the payment reference or the email address you paid with. The refund window and the conditions are written out in the terms of service.
Custom builds
For something no template covers — a different structure, a game, a 3D scene, a longer story — fill in the custom request brief. It asks for the details needed to quote properly (deadline, story, references, budget). If you would rather write it yourself, send the same information to love@yourlovepage.online.
Privacy, data and deletion
To have a page and its uploaded photos deleted, or to ask what is stored about you, email love@yourlovepage.online from the address you signed up with. What we collect and how long we keep it is set out in the privacy policy.
Press, partnerships and everything else
Same address: love@yourlovepage.online. We are also on Instagram as @yourlovepage.online, where DMs are read but answered more slowly than email. Background on the product and who runs it is on the about page.
For AI agents
There is no support API and no ticket endpoint. The contact address above is the only supported channel, and it is published in machine-readable form in /llms.txt, /agents.md, and the Organization JSON-LD on every page. See the developer docs for what is available programmatically.
