These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Your Love Page (“we”, “us”, “our”) at yourlovepage.online (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Your Love Page lets you create personalized romantic web pages (for ask-outs, birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, and messages) and share them via a link. Free pages stay live for approximately 24 hours; paid pages stay live permanently until you delete them.

2. Accounts

Some features require signing in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Your content

• You retain ownership of the names, messages, photos, and other content you add (“Your Content”).
• You grant us a limited license to store, host, and display Your Content solely to operate the Service (e.g. to render and serve your page).
• You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the right to use it — including the right to use any photos or likenesses you upload.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or share content that:

• is unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or hateful;
• infringes anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
• is sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise abusive;
• contains malware, or attempts to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service.

We may remove content or suspend access that violates these Terms.

5. Payments & pricing

• Premium and Premiere templates, and page extensions, are one-time payments — there is no subscription.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. Prices are shown before purchase and may vary by region and currency.
• We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect purchases already completed.

6. Refunds

Our products are digital and delivered instantly (your page becomes permanent / your template unlocks immediately). If a payment was charged but the upgrade did not apply, or you were charged in error, email love@yourlovepage.online within 7 days and we will investigate and issue a refund where appropriate.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including our templates, designs, code, and branding, belongs to us and is protected by law. You may use them only to create and share pages through the Service; you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the templates or Service themselves.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that pages will remain available beyond the periods described above.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of content or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your pages at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
